Nucci, know by his fans as the governor of New Jersey, first developed his love for hip hop at the age of 10 when an auditorium full of youth erupted in applause; making it very clear that Nucci was their No.1 choice to take first prize during a local New Jersey talent contest. Nucci knew he was on to something when afterwards; he became sought after by local teen clubs to boost their crowds with his blazing performance and Natural Charisma. In 1999 while performing in a teen club, Nucci grabbed the attention of executives of the Union Label with whom he signed a production deal. The Union Label released Nucci’s first collaborated single “Roll with Us”. The video for the single received rotation on Rap City.

In 2000 MCA Record executive, Don Pooh, recognized Nucci as a lyrical mastermind and offered financial backing for the purpose of recording his first album “American 21”. It was then that Nucci began getting heavy nods from Industry executives making way for him to blaze the stage with heavy hitters such as Nas, Busta Rhymes, and most recently Lil Wayne. A true lyricist, Nucci has been called upon to collaborate with P Diddy, Little Flip, Havoc of Mob Deep, and Raekwon of Wu-tang, Gillie the kid and the Bleach Brothers as well as R&B singers such as Carl Thomas, Marques Houston and R. Kelly. In 2005 Nucci released Welcome to NuccJerz, featuring his hit single “Pray for Me” which received heavy radio rotation from notorious Hot 97 DJ’s. In 2005, Source magazine highlighted Nucci twice in response to his heightened exposure and the XXL magazine followed with an article in response to the radio rotation for his single “Pray for Me.”

Nucci is actively heard on mix tapes from DJ’s throughout the country and recently collaborated with Deemi, an Atlantic Recording Artist for the hit song
“On the Radio”. Most recently came the mix tape cd “Happy Nucc Year” presently due to be release on Jan. 8, 2008.

Belonging for me was something that often fell beyond my range--
The things that most defined as normal
I often thought were strange.
I often stare at others--
Almost everyone I see,
Asking through a voiceless whisper, "Do you feel like me?"
I want to know if you feel like me.
But no one quite admits it
At least they don't out loud,
And people bleed to bind themselves and fit within the crowd.
Where does one go from here?
Don't tell me this is it--
Wherein lies the "Promised Land" for those who just don't fit?
For I know that I must belong to something.
I belong to those who love me
My friends and next of kin,
But foremost I am also a child of God
So I know I belong to him--
I belong to the Earth
Composed of dust as I stand here--
I am the fire, wind-rain and sun
I am a child of atmosphere.
I belong to all that's breathing
And this much I know is true--
And even if I never fit in
I still belong to y-o-u
And that makes us connected
At least from what I see,
And it stands to reason that if I belong to you--
Then every single one of you belong to me.

Sister Lessons ....We all need them!!!

Sometimes when you think you are alone you just never know who is in your corner! I can never say thank you enough times to my cousin Natasha as she watched me get caught up in random things….she took the advice she gave me to heal many women all over!!! To know her is to love her she is amazing!!!
